Dashboard Usability

Introduction

This page will guide you through the Aybee dashboard, helping you navigate efficiently and find the specific data you need. The dashboard is organized into five main tabs, each providing different insights into your market research results.



Dashboard Overview

Main Navigation Tabs

Your dashboard contains five primary tabs located at the top of the interface:

  1. Project Summary - Executive overview and key findings
  2. Competitor Benchmarking - Performance metrics and comparisons
  3. Purchasing Insights - Consumer behavior and decision drivers
  4. Consumer Insights - Detailed participant feedback and responses
  5. Demographics - Participant demographic breakdown

Filter Options

The dashboard provides two powerful filtering mechanisms to help you analyze your data more precisely:


1. Filtering per Scenario

Location: Top right corner of the dashboard

Appearance: Icons labeled with scenario identifiers (A, B, etc.)


How it works:

  • Click on scenario icons (A, B, etc.) to filter data for that specific scenario
  • Compare products and answers within one scenario
  • Isolate performance metrics for individual test variations

  • Use it for the competitor benchmarking within scenarios
  • Analyze and compare scenario-specific performance patterns
  • Understand how changes between scenarios impact results


2. Filter per Bought Product

Location: Product images at the top of each relevant page


How it works:

  • Click on any product picture to filter for that specific product's data
  • View values and answers related only to that product stemming from consumers that choose to buy the product
  • Compare customer sentiments across different products, using the Side-by-side toggle in the Purchasing Insights tab.

Tab 1: Project Summary

What you'll find here: Complete project overview, project summary and answers to business questions.


Project Information Section

  • Project Details: Name, test type, field dates, target country, and target group
  • Test Participant Tracking: Overview of your scenarios with participant counts (uyers vs. non-interested participants breakdown)
  • Quick Access: Direct links to your shop previous


Expandable Analysis Sections


Project Summary (AI-Enhanced)

  • Comprehensive executive summary of your study
  • **Six key components:  **
  1. Summary of the Problem - Context and background
  2. Study Objective - What you aimed to achieve
  3. Methodology - How the study was conducted
  4. Main Hypothesis Tested - Your key assumptions
  5. Main Findings - Critical results and insights
  6. Hypothesis Approval/Rejection - Validation of your assumptions


Business Questions (AI-Enhanced)

  • Answers to your specific business questions
  • AI-generated insights and recommendations

What you'll find here: Detailed performance comparison across all tested products


Understanding the Data Display

Test Products: Shows individual performance metrics for each scenario (A, B, etc.)

Competitor Products: Displays average values across all scenarios for comparison baseline

Using Scenario Filtering (Top Right Icons)

Purpose: Direct comparison between scenarios


How to use:

  1. Click on scenario icons (A, B, etc.) in the top right corner
  2. Compare your test products within the same scenario
  3. Analyze how specific changes between scenarios affect performance between your test product and the competitors


Best practices:

  • Use scenario filtering to isolate the impact of your test variables
  • Compare Scenario A vs Scenario B performance directly
  • Identify which scenario performs better against competitor baseline


Competitor Benchmarking KPIs Table

Visual Product Overview:

  • Product images for easy identification
  • Scenario labels (Scenario A, Scenario B, Trusted Key, etc.)


Performance Metrics:

  • Price - Product pricing comparison
  • of Buyers - Total purchase volume
  • Opening Rate - How often products were clicked/viewed
  • Add to Cart Rate - Conversion from view to cart
  • Buying Rate - Final purchase conversion
  • Conversion - Overall conversion metrics
  • Revenue - Total revenue generated
  • Revenue Share - Percentage of total revenue


Advanced Analysis

Outlier Analysis - Opening & Conversion Rates

  • Identifies products with unusual performance patterns
  • Helps spot opportunities and potential issues


How to Use This Data:

  • Compare your test products against competitors
  • Identify performance gaps and opportunities
  • Understand pricing effectiveness
  • Analyze conversion funnel performance

Using Product Filtering for Specific Insights

Recommended approach: Filter for one specific test product


How to use:

  1. Click on your test product image in the overview section at the top
  2. Analyze customer sentiments, purchasing drivers, and barriers for that specific product
  3. Compare insights across different products by switching filters


Best use cases:

  • Understand why customers chose or rejected your specific test product
  • Analyze purchasing drivers and barriers for individual products
  • Compare customer sentiments between your test variations


Side-by-Side Comparison Feature

Advanced functionality: Compare 2-3 specific products simultaneously


How to use:

  1. Click on the toggle named Side-by-side comparison
  2. Select multiple products using the product selection interface
  3. View comparative insights across selected products
  4. Analyze differences in consumer behavior patterns

  • Identify key differentiators between products
  • Understand relative strengths and weaknesses
